The Tahune Café operates daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hot meals are served between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

The café offers a variety of options, including:

Our cafe is walk-in only. We can cater to private groups in the adjascent Bluestone shelter. For our catering menu and questions, please contact us.

Yes, the café offers both dine-in and take-away options for meals, tea, and barista coffee.

Can I bring my own food to the café?

“Our café offers a delicious range of food and drinks during operating hours, and we invite visitors to enjoy these on-site. While BYO food is not permitted in the café, guests are welcome to use the picnic tables located throughout the site. For those staying overnight, you’re welcome to bring your own food to prepare and enjoy in our self-contained accommodation.”

Is there a gift shop at the café?

Yes, the Visitor Centre houses a gift shop featuring a wide range of souvenirs, Tasmanian crafts, and local produce, including unique Huon pine products.
